We have started our recruitment process for LEEDS FESTIVAL 2024!!
Main arena entrance - Search Lanes
Friday 23rd August: 9am-12midnight
Saturday 24th August: 9am-12midnight
Sunday 25th August: 9am-12midnight
£13 p/h paid in to your bank via BACS due no later than 13/09/24.
You must hold a VALID FRONT LINE DOOR SUPERVISOR SIA LICENCE and provide right to work documentation.
Role: This is a very active role - you need to be physically fit - You will be standing for long periods of time, carrying out searches on the main arena entrance lanes, checking for prohibited items –
Please DO NOT apply for this role if you have any underlying health conditions.
Includes:
- paid breaks, water and refreshments.
- Free parking
- Staff camping is available on site separate to attendee’s campsite; you will need your own camping equipment (Staff camp site is accessible from Thursday 22nd)
-Toilets and wash facilities available.
(Please note meals are not included and you are advised to provide your own meals.)

With Christmas and new year celebrations just around the corner our venues are a lot busier. I’m just sending a quick reminder about the “ ASK FOR ANGELA” campaign and what it is.

Ask for ANGELA is a system put in place to help females when they are put in an unsafe situation I.e a first date gone wrong, been followed, another person making them feel unsafe.

If you are approached and someone asks for “ANGELA” take them to a safe space, they may need you to wait with them for a taxi or a friend or assist them in leaving the venue safely. This must be done discreetly - DO NOT seek out the person they are trying to get away from.
If you need any advice on how to deal with this kind of situation please contact me and I’ll talk you through it.
