✋ LEFT-HANDERS… TODAY IS OUR DAY!

Happy International Left-Handers Day! Fellow lefties …

A special day for those of us who have spent our entire lives being told:

👉 “You’re holding your pen wrong.”
👉 “Why is your handwriting smudged?”
👉 “Oh… you’re left-handed!” 👀
👉 “Can you just move your chair to the other side?” 😂

Being left-handed is basically a daily exercise in adapting to a right-handed world.

Scissors? 😤
Can openers? 🤨
School desks? 🤦‍♀️
Writing in ink? ✋💨 Hello, smudged hand!

But there are perks…
✨ We’re creative.
✨ We think differently.
✨ We’re excellent at confusing right-handers.
✨ And apparently, we’re part of a very exclusive club — only around 10% of the population! 😉

So today, let’s celebrate us wonderful lefties… The ones who write from the wrong end of the page, cut paper like we’re fighting with it and somehow manage to make EVERYTHING look slightly backwards. 😂

Be a small business owner can we really tough, no holiday pay, no sick pay, no company pension or rewards scheme. Nobody to cover when you are not there … but every once in a while I remind myself of why I chose this .. why me being in control mattered …. Why I put myself first. Not selfish but self preservation for my business.

Yep that’s right … we are almost half way through 2026 already !
Now is the perfect moment to pause (even briefly), reflect, and reset.
💚 What’s gone well so far this year?
💚 What didn’t quite land the way you hoped?
💚 Are your goals still aligned with where you want to go?
This isn’t about beating yourself up over what hasn’t happened yet. It’s about recognising how far you’ve come and using that momentum to move forward with purpose.
The next 6 months are full of opportunity. You’ve still got time to:
✔️ Refocus your energy
✔️ Adjust your strategy
✔️ Try something new
✔️ And finish the year stronger than you started
