I’ve mentioned the new studio to many of you, so for those who are interested, grab your chance to book on a free taster session next week 👍
Next week, ahead of our official opening, we’re delighted to welcome you for a sneak peek at Tadasana rooms, by offering a selection of free mini taster sessions at the studio.
Sessions will be varied and delivered by a number of teachers, suitable for all levels. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry - we have enough kit for everyone at the studio, and there’s free onsite parking at Monks Hill Farm.

Tuesday 26 October, 11am: Pilates with Clare
Clare is a physiotherapist and qualified Pilates teacher. Her half hour class will give a flavour of Pilates from a complete beginner perspective - perfect if you’ve always wanted to give it a go.
Wednesday 27 October, 6.30pm: Beginners yoga with Natasha
Ideal for anyone who’s never stepped onto a yoga mat, this 40 minute session will guide you through a gentle flow, exploring the movements in a way that works for your body.
Thursday 28 October, 10am: Yoga with Stacey
This lovely slow flow vinyasa for balance, energy and relaxation will leave you feeling wonderful!
Thursday 28 October, 12 noon: Mindful yoga with Simone
This 45 minute session will offer gentle yoga to ease the body, and calm and train the mind.
Thursday 28 October, 6.30pm: Shakti flowwith Stacey
Enjoy this soulful yoga flow with blissful movement to uplifting tunes!
Friday 29 October, 6.30pm: Yoga for back and shoulders with Natasha
Perfect for anyone who works at a desk, this gentle 40 minute session will mobilise your spine and open your shoulders, leaving you feeling great for the weekend.
