Hi all, an exciting opportunity to share with you:

You may be interested in this new programme by Social Enterprise Gateshead - it's about helping local social enterprises, building up local connections, sharing problems and exploring opportunities through 'action learning'.

"Action learning is an incredibly powerful problem-solving process that involves a small group working together to take action and learn from each other. It is a highly effective tool for organisations to develop successful strategies, identify exciting opportunities, and confidently tackle challenges and issues."

From those wise Owls at Junction Point. If you haven't heard of Kate and her amazing team, checkout their website at https://www.junctionpoint.co.uk/

As Founders, we can often have an emotional connection to our social venture.

This can be both our superpower and our kryptonite.

If our true ambition is to do good selflessly, we need to plan for a future where we're not running the show; it should be bigger than us as individuals.

Exit strategies for Founders can be really difficult to consider but the sooner you think about this the better.

Easy wins include good record-keeping systems and team meetings to ensure your knowledge and skills are transferred to your wider team right from the start.
