Can't believe we are already in Mid- June!
This month I have been facilitating some training sessions with new to role managers and some great discussions have come through around how some were promoted within their team and are concerned how to manage them now as some are friends and they need to build their credibility. So I thought - great topic for a blog post. So here it is!😁

One minute you are in the team, and the next, you are managing the team but will they listen to you? I have run several training sessions for new managers in small businesses who have been promoted internally, for many reasons including that they were highly skilled at their current role and wanted....

Had a wonderful morning at Ferndown Upper School participating in their Year 12 mock interviews. I always love speaking to the students there and was very impressed by their confidence and enthusiasm. Well done Sara Jackson for all your hard work in organising.

Had such a great time yesterday working with 3 fabulous delegates James, Maddie and Sean, on developing their delegation skills.
I am very proud to be partnering with Pure Human Resources in North Baddesley, Southampton.
Lots of lightbulb moments 💡takeaways🙌 and great venue plus I couldn't help myself, had to add in a goody bag 🤩
