Definitely feels like summer is over now the sun has gone too 🍂
I hope you all had a lovely summer and made the most of the (occasionally) nice weather.
If you're anything like me, you've spent a lot of your time walking around in sandals, however did you know that this can cause more dry skin on your feet and lead to cracked heels? Cracked heels can be very uncomfortable and can stop you from wanting to do your normal activities.
By reducing the hard skin on your feet and finishing off your appointment with a moisturising massage, I can help to improve your cracked heels instantly and help you live with less pain. If you have Diabetes, it's especially important to look after your feet and to seek professional help for cracked heels.

Your first appointment will start with your medical history being discussed, followed by neurological and circulatory checks to get an understanding of your foot health and any goals you would like from treatment ✅
Your treatment plan will be customised to your specific needs but could include: nail trimming and filing, reduction of corns and callus, thinning of thickened nails, verruca treatment, fungal nail treatment, advice on management of painful foot conditions such as bunions or plantar fasciitis and general footwear and foot care advice
