With 30+ years in admin and operations, I’ve seen how strong admin isn’t a luxury. It’s the structure that allows founders to grow, breathe, and focus on the work only they can do.

I carried out a full proofreading audit for a company’s website this week after spotting a few small errors. The year 2025 proved to be a pivotal period for MCF Business Solutions, marked by noteworthy advancements and accomplishments. In January, the company enacted significant modifications, laying the groundwork for an exhilarating year ahead. By March, a revamped logo was introduced, signifying the company's transforming identity. April witnessed the debut of a new website, bolstering our online visibility and accessibility.

The momentum carried forward into July, when I received my first Award Nomination of the Year, highlighting the company impact in the industry. August was particularly notable as MCF Business Solutions not only celebrated becoming a Finalist for its First Accolade of 2025 but also welcomed a new apprentice, infusing the team with fresh talent!

In September, I was acknowledged with a second series of Award Nominations. October brought additional positive news, with the company securing two more Finalist positions, emphasizing its ongoing success and recognition within the industry.

The year culminated on a high in November, with MCF being named a finalist for the esteemed "Impact Award of the Year 2026," showcasing the company's lasting influence and dedication to excellence.

Thank you all for your support in 2025 - It's been an amazing year and we can't wait to see what 2026 brings!
