Stop creating posts one by one… 👀

Canva’s Bulk Create has been a round a while but I’m finding I’m using it a lot more recently as it does the repetitive work for you.

📌 here is the tutorial I promised:

1. Open a new Instagram post design and brand it with your colours, fonts and style.

2. Add a text box and type a sample piece of content to set your layout.

3. Click Apps → Bulk Create.

4. Select Enter Data Manually. Or you can add a file here but I find it easy to enter manually!

5. Create a column (e.g. “Text”) and add your content ideas one per row.

6. Click Done.

7. Click your text box and select Connect Data → Text

8. Go back to Bulk Create and click Generate Designs.

✨ Canva will replace your sample text with each entry from your list and automatically create a new page for each one, keeping your design and branding consistent.

I've been helping small businesses with all the tasks that seem to consume a lot of time and energy for the past 5 years, and I love it!
