Parenting is hard work, and pretending it's easy and that you're loving every second is exhausting. General parenting books intending to give advice sometimes instead instil fear.

But we are not 'one size fits all' are we? It seems crazy that we expect babies to react, respond and behave in the same way and to like and dislike the same things. Think how different you are to your parents, siblings, friends and work colleagues. Worlds apart in many ways I bet. Why on earth do we expect all babies to be the same? But even embracing individuality, we all need some sleep, structure, or support. I can help you by creating a plan tailored to you and your baby's needs. With total respect for your own beliefs and desires as well as considering practicalities, you will fill out a thorough questionnaire from which I will create a detailed guide for you. Don't like/can't do part of it? Don't worry, we can change it. Its about working together to find out what works for you. You don't need time out of the house for appointments, we can conduct sessions by email, phone or skype, when it suits you.
