Doing my daily checks on Page Rankings for clients this morning and noticed big shifts (positively 😀) for all. Seems that Google have released their new Core Update (changes to the algorithm) in the last couple of days and our UK index copped it last night. Here's the details:

This update will take about two weeks to complete and follows the helpful content update that completed last Friday.

There are two particularly gnarly vulnerabilities which have been exposed in the Wordpress Core which need your full attention. WordPress released an update (v4.9.7) that includes a fix.
