📢 Reception Cover Required – Forfar 📢

I am looking for someone to cover a reception role based in Forfar.

The successful candidate will need:
✔️ Basic administration skills
✔️ Email and filing experience
✔️ Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
✔️ The ability to work confidently on their own

Discretion and confidentiality are essential, as you will be working with sensitive information and clients.

Although you will often be working independently, there will be people on site who can help if needed, and I will also be available for support. I will spend a day with you before the start date to show you the role and ensure you feel comfortable with the position.

📅 Start Date: Monday 22nd June
🕘 Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
🍽️ 1-hour unpaid lunch break
📍 Location: Forfar

The length of the contract is currently unknown. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent on a full-time or part-time basis, although this cannot be guaranteed.

This position could be ideal for someone leaving school or looking for their first office-based role.
