SKILLS:
This role requires someone that is wanting to be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering quality service beyond the normal. With such a high spec building it requires someone that has a very keen eye to detail and appreciates that everything has an impact on the whole.
We will be looking for someone that has as a minimum of 2-3 years experience in housekeeping while presenting themselves with exceptional care, has impeccable standards and values a friendly and efficient service with our clients. It is important to have a genuine care and love for people with a willingness to jump in and help with all areas of the business when the pressure is on. You will be working in an environment that is busy and demanding and it is important to consistently produce quality every time in everything that you do. Qualifications in housekeeping are ideal or work experience where you have gained good knowledge and understanding of the industry, as well as a willingness to learn.
The role will be varied and you might be asked to work outside the job specs while working with the Frome Business Park philosophy, to make sure that whatever is needed for the site to run we will roll up our sleeves and get on with it together.

Duties:
- Manage and take ownership in making sure the site is thoroughly cleaned, replenished and maintained at a high quality of presentation
- Promote and own company quality and service standards
- Connect with the staff, customers and regulars
- Cleaning to company guidelines, quality and high standards
- Ensure a high level of outstanding customer experience and satisfaction
leading to repeat business
- Report and action maintenance for the building with efficiency.
- All cleaning work carried out and to be done with precision and thoroughness
- Safety and cleanliness throughout the building at all times following health and safety requirements
- Contribute to the team based on harmony and support - encourage care and consistency
- Maintaining janitorial stock levels at minimum but adequate levels
Measure of Performance:
As set by your immediate Supervisor/Manager includes but not limited to customer feedback and satisfaction, quality & standards of your work and personal presentation and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (not limited to):
- Offer outstanding customer service and experience
- Ensure that all customer experiences are positive and enjoyable
- Respond to receptionists requests quickly, to standard and with love and care
- Answer questions and inquiries about our facilities
- Clean, maintain and care for all areas of the site thoroughly
- Maintain stock and inventory according to stock levels for janitorial supplies
- Care for equipment and advise supervisor/manager or repairs or improvements needed to support greater efficiencies
- Meet greet and farewell customers at Frome Business Park at all times
- Communicate with your supervisor regarding any problems or positive changes
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers and equipment at all times - reporting any customer complaints
