The black cube from Hellraiser, known as the Lament Configuration, is a central element of the Hellraiser franchise. It is a mystical and mechanical device that acts as a door or a key to another dimension or plane of existence.
Our cube is not identical but the CAD team did a great job.

Tricast 6 (96kg) (Green) PU closed cell Foam, Industrial & professional use. Insulation foam, modelling, shape forming.
Used as a core material in GRP structures to increase stiffness and for load bearing purposes particularly in the field of boat building. Trident Foam have also developed Scoreboard which is available in 80 and 100 kg/m3 has narrow slots cut partway through on both sides of the sheet to enable it to conform to a compound radius making it easy to fabricate sandwich construction. During laminating the slots become filled with resin resulting in a solid construction

Block Size: Block size 2000x1000mm @ up to 220mm
Widely used in the following areas: Load floors, bed bases, Proto typing, Pattern making, Battens + plinths, Wood replacement, Holds woodscrew. Subsea buoyancy.

Release: ** Trident Foams first FR Hand Pour Tripor 227 Foam.**
TRIPOR 227 FR is a ‘flame resistant’ low density, two-part closed cell rigid foam system with a density ~48
kg/m3. It has been specially formulated & contains a high level of fire-retardant additives which gives good fire
properties.
EASA.CS25/FAR25.853 (a) App. F, Part 1 (A) 1 (ii)
TRIPOR 227 FR can be used with the advantage of the foam system’s inherent flame resistance as follows;
 Lightweight mouldings or castings where applications require a combination of physical strength characteristics and good thermal insulation.
 Building insulation and refrigeration doors & panels.
 Lightweight infill of fibreglass or plastic components.
 Filling of large voids where the foams balanced flow behaviour leads to good cell structure and adhesion to a wide range of substrates such as aluminium and steel.
 GRP manufacturing, including tanks, cabinets, sections and shaping.

Rebuild of the Hull.
Excellent job done of full hull and deck rebuild replacing wood.
Some of the work has been finished so our materials are now laminated over.
These are before and after, primarily using Tancast 20 for all structural repairs throughout the boat.
They have also used Tricast 6 on seat back area.
The material is popular with the team, it is easy to cut, saves weight and adds strength in all areas of boat repair undertaken.
The customer is very pleased with Trident, the service and the materials which work extremely well and have helped the customer to secure ore work, as their customers ask what materials they are using to make the boat look so improved!
