For those who know, may know I set up my Skool to give the education my son wanted. I figured if he was asking others could use the knowledge to. But not a lot of people know that I used to be a Governor in School. Education is important to me – it always has but the right education because if we aren’t learning we aren’t growing…….

If Einstein woke up tomorrow the only thing he would recognise is the Education system (Jim Kwik - Limitless) – that’s a shame – we are living in the most advanced technological age with a vast array of knowledge at our finger tips.
We don’t need to pass a test to demonstrate our knowledge we just need to return to our knowing. Our DNA stores over a trillion years of data – think about it – the knowledge isn’t in the books we are told to recite – another versions of someone HIStory – it is within us.

The Library is a place you can start to remember – and having seen in the online and corporate space what was missing, I knew exactly what it needed to be.

We start by seeing by what happens when the structure is right but the frequency is wrong. And I've seen what happens when people are so focused on the frequency they forget to build the structure.
Neither works alone.
The Library was built because that framework didn't exist anywhere I could find it. Not the compliance version. Not the spiritual version. The both-simultaneously version.
Quantum GRC. Governance of self first. Then money. Then business if you have one.

Bamboo spends up to five years building its root system underground before a single shoot appears above the surface.
To anyone watching - nothing is happening.
Then almost overnight it grows feet.
The growth was always happening. You just couldn't see where.
This is the underground phase. Most people quit here.

10 years in business – not many of us can say that. Even fewer can say they know the story behind the business.

I've known Wayne Audsley for around 16 years long before the business existed. I watched him pass his exams, build a client bank from nothing while working full time and raising a family, and then take the leap.

Something you should know because it gives more context: I left the financial advice industry, it showed me all too often, very clearly, how not to do it. And I stayed away for a long time.

When Wayne asked me to come back, I said yes.

Not because I'd changed my mind about the industry. Because I knew what he was building - and what financial advice actually looks like when it's done with integrity, genuine care, and a long view.

Someone once asked me who the best financial adviser I know is.

I know a few. But I knew my answer.

I'll tell you what really told me though. The first time I went to meet him properly, I took my daughter with me. She was young. I did it deliberately - children read people in a way adults have been trained out of. They haven't learned to perform or to be polite about what they sense.

His reaction to taking my daughter to that meeting – told me everything I needed to know.

The last few years haven't been straightforward for anyone. I've watched him hold what most people in his position couldn't - without compromising what matters, his clients.

10 years is not a small thing. It's a decision made again, every single day.

Here's to the next 10. And to what financial advice can be - when the right person is delivering it.

Happy anniversary Wayne. (I know you will hate that I called you out and sorry for the picture! 😂 )
