Great feedback for the Security team, who worked at Round The Dock throughout July and August. Over that time, Five Star Security was on the ground from supervising the build to keeping the public safe throughout the live event. Thank you to the whole team for delivering the level of service our clients deserve and the high standard Five Star Security is known for.

It all starts with the build. Last week, our Five Star Security team were on-site supervising throughout, as Five Star Crew put the floating stage together ahead of press day and the big opening.

By the weekend, the stage was live and the crowds were in, and our team were right there with them, keeping the public safe and the event running smoothly.

Great to see Five Star Crew and Five Star Security working side by side on-site. Different divisions, same team.

With the busy summer season about to start, it is important to look after your mental health. Longer days and brighter weather can lift our mood, but summer also brings its own pressures. Staying mentally healthy at work matters now more than ever.

Here are Five Star Security's Five top tips on how to take care of your wellbeing this summer season:

🌼 Take mindful breaks
Step outside, soak up some fresh air and give your mind a reset.
💧 Stay hydrated & nourished
Keep water nearby and fuel your body with balanced meals.
🧘 Set boundaries
It’s okay to say no and protect your time.
🌅 Make time for daylight
Try to get outside during lunch breaks. Remember to use sun cream! 🌞
🧠 Talk about how you feel
If you’re struggling, reach out. Your manager, mental health first aiders, or the People Team are here to support you. You’re not alone. We also offer Health Assured support, so help is always there when you need it. Stay connected. Check in with your mates. Those small conversations make a big difference.
