So a thought for a Friday afternoon…
🤝Customer returns 🫶…. Do you see these as
👉A hassle and a nightmare ?
👉Purely as a process ?
👉An opportunity to learn and excel in customer service ?
If I’m honest, as retailer probably a little of all 3, as a customer, definitely the opportunity to excel in customer service .
🫶Anyone who goes that little extra mile and still makes you feel a valued customer while using their own initiative and truly wanting the best outcome for the customer can be the difference between losing a customer or keeping a customer for life and in turn potentially gaining a fair few more .
