We're feeling very appreciated today, as well as a real sense of achievement!

While Clare delivered an Introduction to Insurance session at The Millin Charity & Local Women Local Enterprise yesterday, following considerable input this year, Richard was supporting another organisation in the Midlands at their AGM.

He was totally touched when the Chairman mentioned he'd spotted some old models at a market and had picked them up as he knew Richard would appreciate them.

It's a gesture that reflects a leader who is really open to getting to know and understand those he works with, welcomimg and valuing them.

What wonderful clients we have the privilege to work with!

Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, anyone who owns, manages or has responsibility for all or part of a non-domestic property that may contain asbestos has a legal duty to manage the risk. Asbestos may be present in construction materials produced up until 2000.

You are required to:

+ Determine if asbestos is present

+ Presume it is present if you are not sure

+ Assess the risk of exposure to the asbestos

+ Prepare a plan to manage the asbestos

+ Action the steps in the plan

+ Provide information on the location and condition of the asbestos.

An important update for businesses that took out a Bounce Back Loan.

An announcement came in late on Friday which hopefully will help some of our businesses get back on their feet. Businesses which took out Bounce Back Loans will now have the option to "Pay as You Grow".

Businesses will have the options of:

1. Extend the length of the loan from six years to ten
2. Make interest-only payments for six months, with the option to use this up to three times throughout the loan
3. Pause repayments entirely for up to six months

Lenders will proactively and directly inform their customers of Pay as You Grow, and borrowers should only expect correspondence three months before their first repayments are due.
