❤️‍🔥 AMARANTHUS ‘LOVE LIES BLEEDING’ | LOVE, DRAMA & A LITTLE FLOURISH ❤️‍🔥

Well, with a name like Love Lies Bleeding, it was never going to be shy, was it? 👀❤️

Meet Amaranthus ‘Love Lies Bleeding’, the ultimate drama queen of the flower world!

With its long, velvety, cascading tassels that tumble and trail beautifully, this variety brings movement, texture and a wonderfully wild silhouette to floral designs.

It’s made for florists who love to break away from the ordinary. Let those trailing stems spill over the edge of a bouquet, create a little movement in a statement arrangement, or add a dramatic finishing touch to wedding and event installations.

❤️ We love it paired with:
🍂 Rich burgundies, rusty oranges and autumn tones
🌹 Roses and dahlias for a romantic, luxurious look
🌿 Textural grasses and foliage for a natural, garden-inspired feel
🤍 Creams and soft neutrals for a striking contrast

It’s bold, it’s beautiful, and it certainly knows how to make an entrance.

Who needs a red carpet when you can have a trailing tassel? ❤️‍🔥

Not every star needs to be a flower! ⭐

Salal is one of those wonderfully reliable foliage favourites that earns its place on the florist’s bench time and time again.

With its glossy, deep green leaves and lovely full appearance, salal is brilliant for adding structure, depth and a lush backdrop to your floral designs.

💐 Why florists love it:
🌿 Perfect for adding volume and greenery to bouquets
🌿 A beautiful contrast to colourful roses and seasonal blooms
🌿 Ideal for wedding work, hand-tieds and everyday arrangements
🌿 A versatile foliage staple that works across so many styles

From classic bouquets to contemporary designs, salal helps bring everything together without stealing the limelight.

Because sometimes, the secret to a beautiful bouquet is the greenery holding it all together! 💚

And at Flora North, we know it’s the everyday essentials that matter just as much as the showstoppers. We’re here to keep North East florists stocked with the flowers, foliage and sundries they need to do what they do best.

🌪️🌸 GERBERA REBEL TYPHOON | NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL GERBERA 🌸🌪️

We all know and love the classic gerbera. Big, bright and wonderfully cheerful.

But Rebel Typhoon is doing things a little differently. It's a Pasta Gerbera 👀

Rather than the neat, traditional daisy-like appearance of a standard gerbera, Rebel Typhoon has a more distinctive, slightly untamed look, giving it a wonderfully contemporary feel. It is like the shape of Pasta.

Its petals create a fuller, more textured flower head, with a sense of movement that makes it look less like a perfect daisy and more like it has been caught in a little floral whirlwind. 🌪️

It’s a brilliant choice when you want the familiar appeal of a gerbera but with something a little more unusual and fashion-forward.

Perfect for modern bouquets, statement designs and florists who like to give their customers something they may not have seen before.

Same gerbera family. Very different personality. 🌸

🌿📦 NEW AT FLORA NORTH | KRAFT & CELLO FROM FRANCE 🇫🇷

We’re always looking for ways to make the everyday things florists use a little more thoughtful.

Our new Kraft & Cello has arrived, and there’s something rather lovely about its journey too. 🌿

Made in France, from eco-friendly materials, this range gives florists a more considered option for wrapping beautiful bouquets, while also keeping production and sourcing closer to home.

Because when something is made in France and stays within Europe, there’s less distance involved than sourcing the same type of product from much further afield, helping to reduce the transport involved and its associated carbon footprint. 🌍

And of course, it still needs to do the important bit...

Look gorgeous around your flowers! 💐
Perfect for florists who want their presentation to feel as thoughtful as the flowers inside.

New Kraft & Cello, now available at Flora North. 🌿

🧡💥 CARTHAMUS | POW! THAT ORANGE! 💥🧡

Some flowers quietly blend into an arrangement...

Carthamus walks in and shouts POW! 💥🧡

Those fabulous little bright orange flower heads bring an instant hit of colour, texture and personality to a design. They’re brilliant for adding that unexpected flash of fiery orange without needing a huge flower to make an impact.

And for autumn? Absolutely perfect. 🍂

Think Carthamus teamed with rich burgundy, deep reds, golden yellows, dahlias, chrysanthemums, berries and autumn foliage for a colour palette that practically glows.

It’s small, but it certainly isn’t shy.

Carthamus: because sometimes your arrangement just needs a little POW! 🧡💥

And if you’re looking for those little details that make a design stand out, Flora North is here to help you find them.

Local to the North East and here to support our florists in any way they choose to go. 🌿
