Dan has spent 10 years behind the camera. You’d think being in front of it would be a breeze, right? 🤔

Wrong.

It turns out that even the experts get "tongue-tied" when the big lights come on. We spent the afternoon filming our April update, and let’s just say there were a few outtakes.

Why share this? Besides it being fun to watch, it’s a reminder that being on camera is hard.

Standard day at the office... just with a lot more wind. 💨📸

In March we took the our gear out to a field near London to film with SkyDrones. People see the sleek final footage, but they don't always see the "outdoor production" starter pack:

🔋 A mountain of portable batteries
☀️ Chasing the five minutes of "good" light
🕶️ The professional squint (essential for tracking silver drones in grey skies)
