Sometimes we get cluttered up with work 24/7. can literally change our state from unproductive to productive. Despite the rhetoric, remains just a concept in today's workplace.

Two key things that govern our perception of are mood state and mindset. Things that can seem easily handled when we are in a positive productive, rested thoughtful state away from hunger, discomfort or , can seem very different when we are stressed and .

These shifting states, along with itself not being truly fixed can make it very difficult to find one's bearings.

The term “Imposter Syndrome" has been around for a while. It's basically a feeling inside that restricts you, that says that somehow you shouldn't be where you are, that someone else really is more of what you have achieved.

The confusion of thought and emotional state this generates can be restricting and lead to a . Most of all, stop you from you have achieved to the full.
