Junior Account Manager, Cumbernauld
Basic from £23,000, negotiable + additional bonus potential

We are looking for a suitably experienced person for the position of Junior / Trainee / Assistant Account Manager with our client in Cumbernauld.

In this role you would assist and work alongside a Senior Account Manager and help to ensure the smooth running of their high value accounts, and you would also take responsibility for managing a group of smaller accounts yourself and maintaining and further developing relationships with them.

You would be looked upon to gain additional sales from your accounts whenever possible, effectively deal with any general enquiries that customers may have, and ultimately retain their business. Data entry and other administrative tasks are also very important in this position as well.

For this role they would like to find someone who has ambition for and an aptitude for sales, and who also has previous experience in roles such as Customer Service, Sales Support and/or Administration and who is now looking to progress and take the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to develop your sales, account management and communication skills in this position, and ideally in time you will later become a more senior level Account Manager yourself.

Internal Account Manager, Livingston

We are recruiting for a few B2B Internal Sales Account Manager positions with our client in Livingston, who are part of a huge group who do business all over the UK as well as internationally.

For their main Sales Account Manager position they are looking for someone who already has good experience in sales. In this position you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts UK-wide, over the phone and by email, and maintaining and further developing relationships with them.

You would be looked upon to gain continued and additional orders from your accounts, effectively deal with any general enquiries that your customers may have, and ultimately retaining their business. The split on existing and new customers is approximately 80% existing business and 20% new business, and you would also be looked upon to reactivate dormant accounts with companies who have previously bought from the business in the past.

A Trainee Account Manager role would be a way we could describe the other position they are looking to fill. For this one they would like to find someone who would in time work their way up towards the above described Sales Account Manager position, and they are looking for someone with an ambition for sales and who also has previous experience in administration or sales support as this is what you would be primarily doing during your first 6 – 12 months with the company while you learn about sales, processes and the industry.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / SDR Sales Development Representative for a position with our successful telecoms client. This can be a hybrid role working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from their office in Glasgow, and the other 2 days (Monday & Friday) working from home if you wish – however you can also work completely from the office as well if you want to do so.

Previous experience of sales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of Telecoms or IT solutions would be of particular interest, however we can also consider people without this specific background providing that you have proven Appointment Making / Lead Gen experience in another sector coupled with a solid career history.

Your primary role would be to develop new sales opportunities and setting sales appointments for your field sales colleagues to attend, so that they can discuss face-to-face their wide range of Telecoms products and solutions. You would be only responsible for this first stage of the sales process and then it’s handed over to one of the highly experienced field sales consultants to fully present to the prospect and complete the sale.
