We love nothing more than being able to post about and celebrate promotions within the company… and today we are celebrating 3 promotions 🥳🥳🥳

Keir was promoted to Promoting Leader and also took one of the top spots on our Organisational bulletin last week…. Wow ✨

Jack and Brandon have both been working so hard ever since joining the company only a few weeks ago! They have both been aiming for leadership since their first day with us. Last week they both hit their goal and were promoted to Leader ✨

How have your first few weeks here at Odessa been?
- I have really enjoyed my first few weeks at Odessa, learning and working while having fun has been brilliant and the office atmosphere is amazing!

Congratulations on the promotion! How does it feel to be promoted to leader in such a short space of time?
- I am so happy and proud about it and I couldn’t have done it without the help from the team, and ofcourse Barry!

What are your goals for the upcoming weeks/months?
- My main goal is to start building my team as quick as possible and reach the criteria required for my next promotion!
