A huge congratulations to Martyn, our Employee of the Month!👏🏻

Martyn has demonstrated outstanding commitment and dedication across several areas of the business.

From coordinating staffing schedules for new sites while navigating ongoing changes and evolving client requirements, to consistently delivering an excellent standard of service in his role as Head Door Supervisor at Topgolf Glasgow, Martyn’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. His performance at Topgolf was recently highlighted during a client meeting, reflecting the professionalism and reliability he brings to the role.

Throughout our busy summer events calendar, Martyn also went above and beyond to ensure operational equipment was delivered to every event on time, playing an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

A huge congratulations to Sandra, our August Employee of the Month! 👏🏻✨

Sandra has been part of the team for just under 18 months and, in her role as a Safety Steward, has supported a wide range of football fixtures, events and festivals across the country.

Throughout her time with us, Sandra has consistently demonstrated fantastic reliability, professionalism and commitment. She is always happy, approachable and engaging, with excellent customer service skills and a great relationship with both her colleagues and clients.

This summer in particular, Sandra has received some brilliant feedback across several high-profile events. At Belladrum Festival, she was responsible for a key backstage access gate across four days and did an outstanding job, receiving excellent feedback from both the site crew and event organisers.

Sandra also returned to the Edinburgh International Book Festival for her second year, where event organisers once again highlighted her friendly and engaging manner.

At the Senior Open, Sandra was entrusted with looking after the GE Aerospace Hospitality space, which welcomed a number of high-profile guests, including a former Prime Minister. The client was extremely pleased with the service provided by Sandra and the small team supporting the area so much so that they even left a gift for her as a thank you! 🎁

Sandra consistently represents Security Scotland to an exceptionally high standard. Her positive attitude, professionalism, reliability and fantastic customer service make her an incredibly deserving winner.

We are delighted to recognise Craig as our Employee of the Month!🥳

Craig has continued to grow and excel in his role as a Matchday Supervisor, becoming a consistent and dependable member of our supervision teams across both Rangers and Celtic.

His outstanding attendance, reliability and commitment provide important consistency for both our clients and the company, helping us maintain the high standards of customer service, safety and professionalism expected across our football operations.

Craig has particularly developed within his supervisory role at Celtic, where he takes responsibility for a high-risk deployment area requiring strong leadership, attention to detail and clear direction for all staff. He has also taken on additional responsibility for collating matchday reports from the wider supervision team ahead of senior management post-match debriefs.

Craig’s continued development, leadership and willingness to take on additional responsibility make him a very deserving recipient.

Cooper consistently demonstrates the professionalism, flexibility and positive attitude that makes a real difference across the business. Whether supervising teams, supporting logistics, assisting our stores or transporting staff between venues, he is always willing to go the extra mile.

Throughout the past season at Falkirk, Cooper has become a trusted and dependable member of the Fan Zone team, building excellent working relationships with both the client and colleagues. His eagerness to learn and develop has also stood out, regularly taking the initiative to expand his knowledge of operations and supervisory responsibilities.

Last week, our friendly, professional SIA Licensed Security Officers and Safety Stewards were proud to support the world-famous Royal Highland Show over four days at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh🚜🐄

It was a privilege to once again be part of one of Scotland’s most iconic events, with our teams demonstrating the professionalism, dedication and customer service that Security Scotland is proud to be known for.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for another successful event, we look forward to doing it all again next year! 💙
