We are delighted to recognise Craig as our Employee of the Month!🥳

Craig has continued to grow and excel in his role as a Matchday Supervisor, becoming a consistent and dependable member of our supervision teams across both Rangers and Celtic.

His outstanding attendance, reliability and commitment provide important consistency for both our clients and the company, helping us maintain the high standards of customer service, safety and professionalism expected across our football operations.

Craig has particularly developed within his supervisory role at Celtic, where he takes responsibility for a high-risk deployment area requiring strong leadership, attention to detail and clear direction for all staff. He has also taken on additional responsibility for collating matchday reports from the wider supervision team ahead of senior management post-match debriefs.

Craig’s continued development, leadership and willingness to take on additional responsibility make him a very deserving recipient.

A huge congratulations to Cooper Crozier, our Employee of the Month for June!👏🏻

Cooper consistently demonstrates the professionalism, flexibility and positive attitude that makes a real difference across the business. Whether supervising teams, supporting logistics, assisting our stores or transporting staff between venues, he is always willing to go the extra mile.

Throughout the past season at Falkirk, Cooper has become a trusted and dependable member of the Fan Zone team, building excellent working relationships with both the client and colleagues. His eagerness to learn and develop has also stood out, regularly taking the initiative to expand his knowledge of operations and supervisory responsibilities.

Last week, our friendly, professional SIA Licensed Security Officers and Safety Stewards were proud to support the world-famous Royal Highland Show over four days at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh🚜🐄

It was a privilege to once again be part of one of Scotland’s most iconic events, with our teams demonstrating the professionalism, dedication and customer service that Security Scotland is proud to be known for.

This week our team were proud to provide security and customer safety support for legendary electronic pioneers Kraftwerk at the iconic Edinburgh Playhouse as part of their Multimedia Tour 2026. The show formed part of Kraftwerk’s first UK tour since 2017 and brought their world-renowned fusion of music, technology and visual performance to a sold-out Edinburgh audience🤖

Congratulations to Kester, our Employee of the Month!👏🏻

Since transitioning from NEON to Security Scotland Ltd, Kester has quickly established himself as a valued member of our East Coast team, regularly supporting deployments across a variety of locations.

Committed to his own development, Kester has successfully completed both our Level 2 Stadium Stewarding and Supervisor Training Courses, continually looking for opportunities to learn, progress and take on new challenges.

Most recently, Kester stepped into a supervisory role for the first time at the Jim Clark Rally, overseeing the main fan zone throughout the entire event weekend. As the busiest area of the event, this role required strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to manage a fast-paced operational environment.

Despite it being his first deployment as a Supervisor, Kester excelled in the role. He received outstanding feedback from both the client and his team, with the client specifically praising his professionalism, communication and the confidence they had in him as the main point of contact within the fan zone.

Throughout the weekend, Kester remained highly visible, proactive and approachable, ensuring both the operation and staff welfare were consistently prioritised. His willingness to step up, support those around him and lead from the front reflects everything we look for in our team.

A fantastic achievement and a well-deserved recognition.
