Congratulations to Kester, our Employee of the Month!👏🏻
Since transitioning from NEON to Security Scotland Ltd, Kester has quickly established himself as a valued member of our East Coast team, regularly supporting deployments across a variety of locations.
Committed to his own development, Kester has successfully completed both our Level 2 Stadium Stewarding and Supervisor Training Courses, continually looking for opportunities to learn, progress and take on new challenges.
Most recently, Kester stepped into a supervisory role for the first time at the Jim Clark Rally, overseeing the main fan zone throughout the entire event weekend. As the busiest area of the event, this role required strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to manage a fast-paced operational environment.
Despite it being his first deployment as a Supervisor, Kester excelled in the role. He received outstanding feedback from both the client and his team, with the client specifically praising his professionalism, communication and the confidence they had in him as the main point of contact within the fan zone.
Throughout the weekend, Kester remained highly visible, proactive and approachable, ensuring both the operation and staff welfare were consistently prioritised. His willingness to step up, support those around him and lead from the front reflects everything we look for in our team.
