Wellbeing doesn't need a big budget

Supporting your team's wellbeing doesn't have to mean expensive perks or a dedicated programme. Some of the most effective steps - regular one-to-ones, proper breaks, a genuine thank you - cost little or nothing at all.

But as a Chamber member, you've also got support to make wellbeing easier to deliver.

The Westfield Health Chamber Primary Health Plan is available from £7.41 per employee per month, giving staff access to a 24-hour GP line and counselling including CBT.

Quest, included in your membership, adds HR and health and safety advice lines too, so you're never figuring out a tricky situation alone.

What a morning! Yesterday's business breakfast at The Greenlaw Works brought together members from across East Renfrewshire for networking, coffee and a few useful updates.
