6 incredibly supportive hospitality tutors.
Only 1 week of preparation and practice.
Lots of nerves and anxiety but they absolutely smashed it! What an experience.
We couldn’t be prouder of our trainees from across Glasgow and Renfrewshire. They stepped into a room filled with some of the best in Scottish hospitality and helped to deliver an incredible event.
It’s a brilliant reminder of what can happen when we believe in young people, give them an opportunity and train them to succeed.
A huge thank you to everyone who gave their time, expertise and resources, helping raise over £100,000 for Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland and special thanks to Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central for letting us loose in your bars and kitchens, what a supportive team who are always giving out trainees chances to learn and grow.
