Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Training coordinator Coordinator to join our Edinburgh based engineering client on a full time permanent basis.

Working closely with the training advisor you will provide end to end support for all company training activities.
The role:
• Scheduling ad hoc training as and when required
• Liaising with the H&S training manager to coordinate and manage all internal H&S training
• Monitoring the training inbox and dealing with any queries where possible
• Maintaining company and individual training records, updating these to the company matrix and HR system
• Co-ordinating induction training plans with the assistance of Training Advisor
• Create and monitoring of employee training agreements
• Assist in production of monthly training statistics as required
• Liaise with procurement department and finance departments to monitor and track training costs

You:
• Prior experience in sourcing and organising training courses
• Advanced level of Microsoft office
• Works well with changing workload/ prioritising workload

This is a full time permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
