We would like to apologise to any customers who have not had their bin cleaned from us in the past few weeks and also the inconsistency in our service recently, the past two weeks we have experienced problems with our van, staff and equipment all one after each other, it has been a tough few weeks but we are working as hard as possible behind the scenes to resume normal service so please bear with us.

There is potential for you to be in contact with these bacteria when you take out the rubbish, and without realising you may reintroduce these germs back into your house. Research has also shown that simply inhaling the rotting smell in your bin can contain bacteria which can trigger allergic reactions such as asthma.

***UPDATE*** due to the changes by NL council to the bin emptying cycle, we have extended our working hours and installed all vans with state of the art external flood lighting, enabling us to complete the jobs late into the evening.
