We're hiring for a Trainee Service Desk Administrator via the Scottish Modern Apprenticeship Program.

You will be joining an experienced Service Desk team that is based on the ITIL framework and your role would be key as the primary interface between all internal and external customers and SVL support services.
As a service desk administrator apprentice you would report directly to the support manager and work closely with the service and support team to ensure we offer the best service to our customers.
