We’re delighted to recognise Divya Karthikeyan as our latest Employee of the Month! 🌟 Divya joined us as one of our interns from the Saltire Scholars Programme and has made a fantastic impact during her time with the business.

She has been working closely with our business owners, senior management team, and colleagues across the wider business on the development and rollout of our AI adoption projects, quickly becoming an important part of the project and making a real contribution to its progress. Divya has shown great initiative, professionalism and enthusiasm throughout, embracing the opportunity to work with people at every level of the business and consistently going above and beyond what we would normally expect from an internship.

🏆 Employee of the Month: Scott Rodgers 🏆

Congratulations to Scott, who has had a fantastic June delivering on all fronts! He is a shining example to the team, whether it be his lead delivery or his management of his campaign and diary for the clients. He finished the month well above target in the UK and USA while picking up overtime to achieve his extra targets.

Not only that, there has been some glowing feedback from support staff and his teammates regarding his willingness to support the team and help others. He has gone from strength to strength in the last year and a half and truly deserves the plaudits he is now receiving.

Time to meet our Employee of the Month for May ⭐️

Jonathan is no stranger to delivering exceptional results, but what made his contribution this month stand out was the way he embraced change while continuing to perform at an outstanding level.

As our teams adapted to new ways of working, Jonathan approached the transition with a positive attitude, quickly embedding the new process into his day to day approach and consistently delivering high quality outcomes. His willingness to embrace change has not only supported the business through an important period of evolution but has also set a great example for colleagues, demonstrating the standard of excellence we strive for every day.

Alongside his UK responsibilities, Jonathan has also committed additional time to support our growing US activity, producing strong results there while ensuring his performance at home remained uncompromised.
