What a fabulous Empowerment Tuesday this morning with our guest speaker, Leanne McCafferty from Leanne McCafferty talking all things confidence.

People often ask me why I started Business Women Scotland, and this morning was one of those moments that reminded me exactly why.

Creating a space where women can come together, share their thoughts and experiences, talk openly about the things that may hold us back, and learn from one another is what BWS is all about.

We also had one of our youngest-ever guests join us today – at just 16 years old. Lexi Quinn What an inspiration! Her wisdom, confidence and knowledge left us all amazed. I think we all agreed that this young woman is going to go far.
