I attended this appliance today on my day off as it was an emergency for the customer. Required a new door seal a new soap dispenser hose and a new drum paddle/lifter.
Now the customer is refusing too pay stating that I quoted 1.5 hours labour and it only took 45 mins and that she shouldn’t have too pay too fix her own washing machine
I have responded that I will no longer repair anything in the house again. My wife can be quite demanding at times. A happy wife is a happy life

🔧 Customer Notice – Small Price Update 🔧

Due to ongoing increases in supplier and delivery costs, we will be making a small change to our pricing from Monday the 23rd March.

We have worked hard to keep our costs the same for as long as possible, however to continue providing the reliable service our customers expect, a small adjustment is now necessary.

✅ Labour charge will increase from £55 to £60

Even with this change, we remain significantly cheaper than many other appliance repair companies, while continuing to offer an honest, reliable family-run service with over 20 years experience.

⚙️ Parts Ordering Deposit
When parts are required, a £20 deposit will now be taken to help cover supplier and delivery costs.
This deposit will be deducted from the final repair bill.
