We’ll open the circle with ceremonial Cacao, the medicine of the heart — sharing music, stories & indigenous language in celebration of Andean Cosmology.

✨ “I don’t need one more class, I don’t need one more workshop — I just need to step into it.”

I connected with Brian, a 55-year-old Dad from Ohio, through an online webinar he attended where I was teaching and speaking. When came to me, he was standing on the threshold of his own power — ready to hold ceremony, guide community, and trust his intuition.

What shifted for him wasn’t another external certification. It was the realisation that the wisdom was already inside him. My role was simply to reflect that truth back and hold the mirror steady as he stepped forward.

Now, Brian is leading, facilitating, and saying yes to the callings opening before him.

From a trauma-filled childhood in Edinburgh…

This was the beginning of our life’s path.
Together, we’ve spent years walking in deep respect and reciprocity with the earth-honoring traditions of South America.

I used to believe my worth depended on how “successful” I looked.
💼 Slick business deals.
🤝 Powerful connections.
✨ Shiny achievements.

But when it all collapsed — so did I. 💥
My family ended up in one of the most dangerous blocks in Scotland.

I clung to scraps of validation.
The gap between my online image and real life was unbearable.

So I disappeared.
Into silence. 🧘‍♂️
Into healing. 🌿

Mornings: school run 🎒
Days: sleep, smoothies, jiu-jitsu.
Evenings: pick-up, repeat.
I survived on state benefits while my nervous system slowly recalibrated.

Becoming a coach wasn’t just about certs — I was coaching myself back to life. 🎯

Then the jungle called. 🌳
Plant medicine. 🍃
Real teachers. Deep initiations.
