There are moments when letting go feels almost impossible.
Some emotions do not leave just because we understand them.
Some memories stay close.
Some feelings sit quietly in the body.
Some chapters need more time before they can truly soften.
And perhaps letting go is not always about forcing ourselves to release.
Perhaps sometimes it is about allowing.
Allowing the sadness.
Allowing the uncertainty.
Allowing the heart to feel what it needs to feel.
When I sit with Mama Cacao, I am reminded that I do not need to have everything resolved.
I can simply be present with what is here.
To breathe.
To listen.
To give myself space.
And to trust that, with time, what feels heavy today may begin to find a different place within me.
Not forgotten.
Not erased.
Simply held differently.
Nature teaches us this too.
Leaves do not fall before their time.
The seasons do not rush one another.
Everything moves when the moment is right.
So perhaps today the invitation is not to ask:
“How do I let this go?”
But instead:
“Can I give myself the time and space to feel this fully?”
Alignment will return.
Clarity will return.
And when the heart is ready, what needs to be released will begin to loosen in its own way. 🌿🍃☕️🤎
