Chloe has just launched Vouchsafe for Good, offering free access to their identity verification and KYC platform for organisations focused on improving financial inclusion in the UK. Through their partnership with Fair4All Finance, Vouchsafe is providing full access to help address the financial vulnerability faced by millions.

With over 20 million people in the UK financially vulnerable and one in three adults struggling to access mainstream credit, Vouchsafe is offering solutions to provide fair, regulated credit and financial services to those who need them most.

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Toni Horn from NeuroEmpower CIC, who was a fantastic speaker at Tech for Inclusion.

Toni and her team at are working hard to create neuroinclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can truly thrive. Their Workplace Needs Assessments help organisations identify the practical adjustments needed to support staff with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more. They also assist individuals in accessing funding through initiatives like Access to Work.

Toni also leads the CPD Neurodiversity Leader Training, empowering HR teams and managers to foster inclusive environments at work.

Scottish AI Alliance is dedicated to promoting a deeper understanding of AI technology, making it more accessible to all individuals.

Today, we’re highlighting Andy Williamson from Welcome Brain Consulting , who is pioneering neuroinclusive hiring and recruitment practices.

Welcome Brain have developed the Welcome to Work Pledge, a free initiative designed to help organisations implement inclusive hiring processes for neurodivergent individuals. By signing the pledge, companies commit to making their recruitment processes fair and accessible, with Welcome Brain providing all the resources necessary to get started – at no cost!

Now that we’ve had a moment to take it all in, we want to say a HUGE thank you to every speaker, panelist, and attendee who made Tech for Inclusion so Impactful.

Special shoutout to Angela Prentner-Smith for hosting the day, stepping in last minute, and keeping everything running seamlessly, it wouldn’t have happened without you!

We were lucky to hear from so many inspiring voices:

Andy Williamson, Nicholas Shearer, Tony Lloyd, and Steph Wright kicked things off with Inclusion in the Age of AI, what an opener!

Mojoyin Oyadiran, Kayla-Megan Burns, Chris Weir and Ewan Carmichael explored The Dark Side of AI, sparking crucial discussions.

Ari Marsilio and Katherine Schlatter from TinkerTell showed us how Gen AI is transforming storytelling for kids.

Chloe Coleman, Musab Hemsi, and Paul Cunningham (Our legend for stepping in last minute!) highlighted the importance of Accessibility in Tech.

Alexander Hedlund, Bianca Peel, Lou Beardsmore, and Angela Prentner-Smith explored how Tech is transforming Healthcare & Education.

Toni Horn and Rob Brougham discussed Tech Driving Equity Worldwide, and Ola Clark and Lianne McGrory showcased the amazing work of Scotland Women in Technology.

Our Story

We are living in an exciting yet scary period of time with a speed of change unlike anything we have ever seen before. Nearly all businesses are digital, or at least partly digital, with advances in technology occurring at unprecedented rates. How we do business is fundamentally changing, and how this is impacting those doing the work is also changing in both roles and skills.

We are seeing a renaissance in Business Analysis; a growth in User Research and Service Design and the emergence of new roles such as Digital Transformation Specialists. All businesses are needing Digital Strategy, and Customer Experience expertise. However, typically the industry has not nurtured these career paths, in favour of more technical skills.

Training by This is Milk has a vision is to create a mass of skilled and enthusiastic 'changemakers' with the skills and confidence to drive digital transformation in businesses and beyond. In doing so we’ll create a hub of continuous learning to be taken worldwide.

We run a 12-month career progression training programme, short courses and bespoke training for business partners.
