When defects in the external render allowed moisture to pe*****te a timber-frame property in Edinburgh, our team was brought in by a housing association to investigate the extent of the damage.

After exposing the timber structure, affected areas were repaired and treated before the external wall was rebuilt with new sheathing, a breathable membrane and a ventilated cavity. New composite cladding and improved window cills completed the refurbishment.
