Outstanding few days hosting Barham Protection Services Ltd back at our Glasgow training centre 👏

Huge thank you to Brett for coming up north again and allowing me to assist in overseeing the delivery. It’s always a pleasure having him up with us — not just a consummate professional in the classroom and on the ground, but someone who genuinely raises standards wherever he goes.

The course itself was first class. A full house of passes is no accident — it was a strong cohort with real operational credibility. The delegates were a great quality and a solid bunch to work with over the three days.

Live deployments, dynamic environments, real behavioural baselining and anomalies — exactly how this training should be delivered. Over 50% ground assigned, working real scenarios rather than theory alone. That’s the difference.

Proud to host this exclusively in Scotland and already looking forward to the next one.

Preparing leadership for the full spectrum of modern private security operations

At Adamantine Global, we take a deliberate and structured approach to preparing our leadership team for the evolving demands of private security across multiple environments.

Our management team will be attending a three day immersive Behaviour Detection Course in Glasgow, hosted by Centurion Risk Management and delivered by the highly experienced instructors at Barham Protection Services Ltd (BPS).

This advanced training will further equip our management team with enhanced behavioural awareness, early threat recognition techniques, and decision making frameworks that are directly applicable across a wide range of operational settings. These include hospitality venues, large scale festivals, corporate and music events, and close protection environments where behavioural indicators are often subtle but critical.
