Out and about early this morning getting some dry riser maintenance work completed before Storm Austen hits Glasgow.

Definitely not the conditions we prefer ☀️ but we powered through and got the job done! 💪

Have a great weekend everyone!

The last couple of weeks has seen a few workiversaries at Secure Fire Protection Limited. 🥳

The 22nd of September marked the one year anniversary of our amazing service co-ordinator, Hayley. The 30th of September marked the two year anniversary of our top class fire safety engineer, Keith. And today marks the 5 year anniversary of our ever happy and helpful senior service engineer, Paul.

Thank you for all your hard work and continued support. SFP would be nothing without you guys! 🙌 ❤️

We’ve always been suckers for a bit of merch since the inception of Secure Fire Protection Limited over 12 years ago.

Have to say, we think these SFP YETI Ramblers are our favourites to date 😍

We’re extremely fortunate to have clients who are involved in the construction of wind farms across Scotland. Getting to see these coming out the ground is amazing!

Earlier in the week, we visited a newly built control room in the hills of Dumfries & Galloway, to install portable fire extinguishers and safety signage. A bit on the miserable side weather wise but take a wee look anyway 👍

Never get bored of visiting these places!

The glitz and glamour of dry riser testing.

One engineer gets the stunning views of Edinburgh Castle from the rooftop in 20+ degree heat. The other gets a view of the bins whilst trying to avoid the local wildlife in a back alleyway. 🐀 🤣

You can’t win them all! 💪

Dry Riser Systems are often overlooked in buildings and can be left to deteriorate over the years.

At Secure Fire Protection Limited, our annual wet pressure testing to 12bar and 6 monthly visual inspections, ensure that every property we maintain is fully compliant and has a life safety system which is ready for use in the event of an emergency.

Get in touch and we’ll be delighted to help with your fire safety requirements!
