The Energy Downloads are getting stronger. The last couple of days my crown and the chakra at the back of my head have been particularly active.

Two strong themes are emerges. The Heart of the Divine Feminine and sacred geometry. For years I refrained from writing about this as I have followed a feminine path. This is about being a channel for the work I do.

Many seek to learn academically. I’ve just always been a lot more practical. Therefore, Even though I use basic structures and concepts as the foundation of learning, they are simply there to get you started. The real work happens after the course. Today we live in a ‘certified’, world. My guides are not in human form and therefore for what I channel does not come with these qualifications.

What qualifies me then. It’s the results other experience from my frequency magical tools. I love it when randomly, someone feeds back how much the tools helped them. It’s an extension of the healing, the teaching and even a reading.

I refrain from using specific titles. Titles cause limiting energies. For example, you could refer to me as a priestess as life is the ceremony and I am a conduit for both the Goddess and for God. Yet I also am a conduit for light languages - according to what recipients needs. It is vibration expressed as sounds. I have a strong connection to Heart and the Pleiades healing, sacred geometry and Acturians logical approach…. I’ve also channelled the Avians. Sometimes I’m simply a walking channel often called an oracle.

You see when you channel through the heart, you have to have an open heart for wholeness. By giving myself a title I’m limiting my truth to ‘fit in’, or make me more acceptable to spiritual’, communities. Therefore I use simple terms and everything returns to embodiment from the heart portal and remembering your soul essence. I bring these frequencies into a tangible form through my art as living intuitive sacred geometry.

People often speak about what the have to give-up if they take up the so called ‘spiritual path’, different groups have different views and it becomes an academic process. Often this includes food, drinks, and living life. There is a warped sense of what spirituality is and is not. Yet one of the biggest things is not spoken about. Stress.

As I continue to deepen my path, I learn more about the stress we live in which has been‘normalised’. This is what you have to learn to release from your body. The deeper you go the more you realise how your mind holds you hostage to stress, whilst allowing you to feel that’s the way to live.

Stress is released in increments. Each time deepen your inner balance. The more balanced you become the more you let of stress and start remembering who you are in your true essence.

In order to do you have remove yourself from the accepted collective consciousness that stress is needed in your life. Stress may make you feel important as the mind/ ego thrives on this. However it is distracting you from your inner peace and true essence. Love is your purest true nature.

This is the journey to let go of all the stress that is not you. This is also the new revolution. When internally peace and love guides you emit this out into the world. Naturally and effortlessly spreading it around you. This also allows you to be a full participant in living life and experiencing it consciously.

This is remembering life from your heart and living from soul perspective.

For many connecting to the Crown Chakra feels difficult. The frequency is high and vibrations subtle therefore much harder to know if you are connected to it.

The base chakra is more important than many realise. Ultimately it is the foundation of your reality. It is more than taking care of your basic needs in life.

The deeper you dive into this portal the more it reveals. It is the beginning and the return. How you navigate through this process depends on what foundation you are journeying from. Your energy and vitality is the key place to start.
