The Dribbly Yak Company. Combining our years of experience with wood and with design, we use a laser to handcraft wood engraved gifts and homeware. Our main focus is creating locally themed, branded and personalised

designs. We love to celebrate every corner of our incredible Island of Ireland in a lot of what we do. There's so much folklore, history and culture to be cherished by everyone together. We hope that everything we do is received with the positivity that it was made with.

NEW TO OUR SHOP!

Our Salmon of Knowledge wall hanging is based on the Salmon featured on our large Glens Of Antrim piece. The original had been hand burned and was inspired by Belfast's most famous fish, and featured in our documentary ' A Breath Of Fresh Air'

In Irish mythology, the Salmon of Knowledge
gained all the world's wisdom by eating hazelnuts from the Well of Wisdom. A prophecy stated the first person to eat the
fish would acquire this wisdom.

a young warrior named Fionn caught and by accident ate the Salmon. Fionn went on to become leader of the
Fianna and the greatest warrior they had ever known. 🌊

IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY! 🎂

We are 2 and 10.

This weekend marks our 2nd birthday in our beautiful Glenarm Castle Workshop. And this month is our 10th birthday as The Dribbly Yak Company. We started as one person handburning everything in a tiny garage in Belfast. We were very poor at times, but always rich in spirit because we were doing something we loved. We could never have dreamed that it would become what it is today.

Hobbits on their birthdays give presents to other people, and since we aspire to be hobbity in every aspect of our lives... we will do as the hobbits do. For the next week if you come into our workshop and wish us a happy birthday we will have a tiny gift for you.

All we have is thanks to those who supported us...customers, families, friends, other businesses, and of course dogs.

May your life be filled with food and cheer and song. And wood engraving.

We are immensely proud to have this opportunity to showcase some of products in such places of local interest and history.

It has taken its sweet time, but we do believe Spring has awoken...
