We’re delighted to welcome James Pearce to the Fadini UK team as our new Southern Sales Manager.

James brings with him over 20 years of experience within the gate automation and access control industry, and we’re excited to have his knowledge, enthusiasm and customer-focused approach strengthening our sales team.

As part of his induction, James recently visited our headquarters in Italy, where he met with Nicola Fadini, Andrea Fadini and Michelangelo Mantovani to gain an even deeper understanding of our products, manufacturing and future developments.

We’re delighted to officially welcome Graham Ramsden to the team at Fadini UK as our new Northern Sales Manager.

Last week, Graham joined us on a visit to the Fadini factory in Italy, where he had the opportunity to meet the Fadini family and experience first-hand the passion, engineering and heritage behind the brand. Pictured here with Andrea Fadini and Paolo Fadini, it was a fantastic way to welcome him into the company.

Graham brings with him more than 25 years of experience within the UK gate automation industry, along with a huge wealth of knowledge across gate automation, barriers, rising bollards, access control and perimeter security solutions. He’s always happy to share advice, discuss projects and help customers find the right solution for their application.

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic group of customers and partners in Italy for a visit to the Fadini factory just outside Verona.

It was a brilliant few days spent touring the factory, seeing first-hand the care, engineering and craftsmanship that goes into manufacturing Fadini products, and learning more about the people and passion behind the brand.

Alongside the factory visit, we were lucky enough to enjoy some of the very best parts of Italian hospitality, including a wonderful winery tour and tasting, incredible food, and some time exploring the beautiful city of Verona. Most importantly, it gave us all the opportunity to spend quality time together, share ideas, and strengthen relationships away from the day-to-day routine.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the trip such a success. Your company, conversation and enthusiasm made it a genuinely memorable experience.

Finally, thank you to the Fadini family for their warm welcome, generosity and hospitality throughout the trip. We’re already looking forward to the next one. 🇮🇹🍷
