Jungle-Box was started up in January 2010, it sells a wide range of goods mainly seeds and plug plants of rare/common variety's .Jungle-Box is based in Gloucester but sells internationally by various postal orders, i try and buy as much local products as possible to help the local economy and keep our policy for green low carbon business.

I also sell a large selection of plants and trees, my latest product is a special hybrid tree thats been created for fast growth and to help battle global warming by having a very high conversion rate of co2 to oxygen! This is for 1x sapling that is about 8cm-15cm tall but growing fast! known as Elongata governments across the world are investing heavily into this incredible tree, its rapid growth rate is excellent for wood production, but not only this, it also produces, 12x more oxygen than an average tree of its size this is thanks to its incredible growth rate and giant leaves! its also fantastic for improving nitrates in the soil! this new variety is also incredibly hardy! hardy to -20c!, they can grow up to 14-16ft in one season! im offering this for £8 including postage or 2 for £10 including postage!

Pre order!! Sarracenia carnivourous plants! These are extremely easy to keep and actually frost hardy!!! The plants are only small at the moment but are 3 years old! Which means this year they're start growing fast! We're offering mixed hybrid ones, some can reach several feet and they all have beautiful flowers once established! Only £3.50 a plant!

These seeds have been sourced by responsible, sustainable methods by a state approved fully licensed seed collector abroad.
The IUCN red list has Araucaria angustifolia listed as "Critically Endangered " and states - The original extent of Araucaria forest is believed to have declined by more than 97% in the last century. Araucaria forest in Sâo Paulo covers 4.3% of its original area. Seeding trees are scarce.

It prefers well drained, slightly acidic soil but will tolerate almost any soil type provided drainage is good. It is hardy down to about −5 – −20 °C but young trees should be sheltered over the winter. Pre order seeds now!!!!

Very happy to announce that after 6 years of habitat work our Jungle-box nature pond is now offically a priority pond under the the Habitat Action Plan. And now we will keep an eye on it and do wildlife surveys every 3 months to update the national surveys on these wildlife rich ponds! we have 2 very rare and endangered species, A rare type of water snail and rare fresh water shrimp :)
