Nice Rat job to get stuck in to this morning. Sewer issue through old clay pipes (see pics) after a fairly new extension was built with new pipework rendering old clay pipes not in use. The old clay pipe was not capped off causing easy access for the rats to enter the property. Always check with builders that this has been done and get visual or photo evidence to prove the works.

Another Bedbug job in progress.
