My first collaboration book is being published in September. I really enjoyed the process of writing and know that this will not be my only time writing, I have been inspired for the future.

Being in a book with other people has given me more confidence to publish so I can't wait to share the launch with everyone.

What I am currently observing from leaders is a prevalent sentiment of feeling overwhelmed and lacking time for strategic thought. This is concerning, as it indicates that essential activities such as reflection, strategy formulation, and planning are not being prioritised.
