Today marks 10 years since the first Dragon Ship arrived at Grangemouth carrying US shale gas ethane, a landmark moment that helped support manufacturing at our site.
Since that first delivery on 28 September 2016, more than 400 shipments have arrived at Grangemouth, providing a reliable supply of raw materials used to make ethylene, an essential ingredient in thousands of everyday products.
The ethane supply project was the result of a major investment by INEOS and an ambitious vision to connect US shale gas ethane feedstock with our manufacturing sites in Europe. It involved the construction of a fleet of specially designed vessels and significant new infrastructure here at Grangemouth.
Ten years on, the benefits of that investment continue to be felt. The project has helped strengthen manufacturing at the site, support skilled jobs and boost the long-term resilience of Grangemouth as one of Scotland's most important industrial hubs.

To coincide with Maths Week Scotland, colleagues from INEOS Grangemouth visited Graeme High School to show students how maths is used every day across our site.
Working with two classes, the team shared real examples of how mathematics supports their roles and helps keep our business running. Students were also challenged to solve a problem based on a real-life scenario from the site.
The visit is part of our wider STEM outreach programme, which aims to bring classroom subjects to life by demonstrating their real-world applications and inspiring young people to consider future careers in science, technology, engineering and maths.
Thank you to Graeme High School for inviting us into the classroom and giving us the opportunity to show why “Maths Matters”.

Colleagues across the site rose to the challenge of this year's Bake Off theme, "Around the World in 80 Cakes", producing an amazing selection of home-baked creations while helping to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Thanks to everyone who baked, donated, bought raffle tickets and came along to enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake, we will be making a donation to support the vital work Macmillan does for people living with cancer and their families.

Events like this are a great opportunity to come together, enjoy each other's company and support a cause that means so much to so many.

Every donation made, every cake baked and every raffle ticket bought will make a difference.

We're proud to be supporting with our annual fundraising bake-off at Grangemouth next Tuesday. Colleagues from across the site will be putting their baking talents to the test as they compete for the coveted Star Baker crown.

This year's theme, "Around the World in 80 Cakes", promises a fantastic display of creativity, colour and flavour from every corner of the globe.

A huge thank you to everyone taking part, donating and helping us raise vital funds for a truly important cause. We can't wait to see the entries and sample some of the delicious creations on offer!

Congratulations to this year's intake of INEOS Modern Apprentices, who have successfully completed a highly competitive recruitment process and secured their well-earned places on our apprenticeship programme.
Pictured are the seven new apprentices as they begin the next stage of their journey, joining the 50 apprentices already progressing through their studies at Forth Valley College.
Over their vocational journey, they will combine academic learning with hands-on practical experience across INEOS O&P UK and INEOS FPS. Supported by our experienced mentors and supervisors, they will develop the technical skills, knowledge and confidence needed for successful careers in our industry.
Apprenticeships provide a strong foundation for an exciting career, and we are proud to continue investing in the next generation of talent at Grangemouth
who will help shape our future.

We were pleased to play our part in supporting Strathcarron Hospice at last week's charity football tournament, organised by the Falkirk Foundation.
The event was a great success, bringing together teams from across the local area for an afternoon of friendly competition, teamwork and community spirit. By the fulltime whistle, they’d surpassed the fundraising target for Strathcarron Hospice, helping to support the vital care and services they provide to patients and families across our local community.
A huge thank you to the squads of players, including those from O&P UK; those who came along to support the team, and those who made a donation. Your generosity and encouragement helped make this fantastic fundraising achievement possible and demonstrated the positive impact we can make when we come together in support of an important local cause. Thank you to our colleagues, contractors and the Let’s get Grangemouth Clean team for coming together this morning to take part in a litter pick along Bo’ness Road.
It was a fantastic team effort, with everyone working together to collect litter and make the area cleaner and tidier for those who drive this route.

We’re looking for a motivated Finance Analyst to join our team at Grangemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is keen to develop their career.

What we’re looking for:
• A qualification in Finance, Accountancy or Business (HNC/HND or equivalent) or in lieu of formal qualifications eligible candidates must have demonstrable experience working in a Finance function
