Who’s ready for kick-off? ⚽️

We’re so excited to be teaming up with Kent FA on their Pass the Boots movement. Created to encourage players to donate their football boots (instead of discarding them), this wonderful initiative gives others the chance to keep the game going – all while reducing waste and protecting the environment. 🌍

Midas Waste Joins Kent FA as Pass the Boots Partner Programme 🙌 ♻️

Kent FA is proud to launch Pass the Boots, supported by Midas Waste Management, a community initiative championing reuse, recycling and reduced waste across grassroots football.

Every year, usable boots are discarded while many community members struggle to afford new ones. Pass the Boots keeps wearable boots in circulation, cutting landfill waste and opening the game to more people. Clubs receive collection bins, encourage boot donations and redistribute wearable boots back within their community, while anything unfit for reuse is responsibly recycled.

Together with the team at Midas Waste Management, we’re driving positive environmental impact and widening participation across Kent.
