Unfortunately the company will cease trading with immediate effect !

The decision has been a difficult one, however one which has to be taken due to lack of income through 2023 but especially the back end of 2023 and leading into 2024.

We would like to thank all customers who used our services and for the reviews provided to give us a good chance at attracting new customers to using our services.

Last job of 2023. Landlord required 2 new locking mechanisms fitted to the bedroom and bathroom windows. A new pair of 12" friction hinges to the kitchen window.

The windows which required repairs were also serviced with WD-40 spray so that they could operate smoothly once the new parts had been fitted.

This job was completed over 2 visits to the customers property.

42 small toughened double glazed units were replaced in the front entrance of the property. The original units had been stuck into the crittal frame on Glazing tape and sealed down each side with structual mastic.

The new double glazed units were stuck in on Glazing tape and putty fronted all the way around.

Customer called to advise he couldn't lock his patio door and 4 of his window handles wouldn't open.

The patio door lock was sprayed with WD-40 and adjusted so that the door could be locked and secured. The customer opted against having a new locking mechanism fitted.

6 window handles were fitted so that all 3 handles would match in each bay.

Customer extremely happy with the service provided at short notice.

Customer called to say they had trouble locking the patio door as it was catching on the threshold at the bottom when the door was pulled shut.

The mechanism in the door is a Swedish make and very expensive to replace. Instead the bottom part of the mechanism which was causing the issue was cut off and the door was then able to shut and lock fully.

The locking mechanism and door hinges were also serviced with WD-40 spray.

Job In Orpington

Customer required a new locking mechanism Fitted into their bathroom window. The existing locking mechanism had failed with the window in the locked position.

The double glazed unit was taken out of the sash in order to be able to get the window open.

The original locking mechanism was replaced with a standard espag mechanism and the keeps were adjusted so the window was then able to lock.
