Greyfox Talent - Our Story
Having spent the last 13 years of my career within the specialism of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, both Agency and In House, I wanted to create an opportunity where I could offer my experience, skills and offer solutions to smaller businesses that may not have the capacity or framework to dedicated Talent Acquisition resource, but want to improve there processes, brand, engagement and retention to help them secure the right Talent into there businesses.
Being a people person, with a passion for finding solutions, this was an exciting and different approach, where I can meet new people and businesses, help make a difference and add value within various environments and sectors by offering freelance services for In House Talent Acquisition, so after a lot of thought and consideration, Greyfox Talent was born!
Greyfox Talent has been established to offer specialist support to small and medium sized businesses to help improve Talent Attraction, Engagement, Acquisition, and Retention of Talent into businesses, specific to their individual needs, and will also fulfil clients requirements for active openings they need support with.
After spending many years in the Construction and Utilities sector, I have become very passionate to try and help make a difference to the major gender gap within the industry.
