Evening everyone 😊

Firstly thank you to everyone who's purchased a ticket for our upcoming event, we can't wait to meet you all 💘

Following numerous requests to pay on the door for our Single Mingle event on 21st May, we would like to explain why we don't allow this.

● Ludus2Love asks for your details ahead of our events to ensure events are a safe and responsible place for everyone attending.

● Ludus2Love has a policy for code of conduct which we ask everyone to read, ahead of the event, to ensure we are all on the same page with expectations.

● Ludus2Love asks for completion of our questionnaire ahead of events, to ensure we as hosts, can accommodate and support our clients in any way needed, either before or at the event. Respectfully everyone is different and our individual approach allows us to ensure everyone gets the best out of our events.

● Ludus2Love asks for payment ahead of the event because we fully appreciate peope change their minds last minute and life gets in the way resulting in non attendance. Allowing people to pay on the day provides us with uncertainty on numbers, and managing the event success, in addition to risks to costs associated to each event.

We appreciate all of your queries and we try to accommodate everyone where possible 💜

To confirm payment can be made on the day of the event by bank transfer only with a 2pm cut off, and only if the policy and questionnaire have been completed also.
