Super excited to share news of our continued expansion at 20 Old Bailey!✨

We’ve secured an additional 9,700 sq ft, meaning Orega now occupies the entire fifth floor with 25,409 sq ft and 465 desks in total.

Following our agreement with Barings and OPEN Health, and with occupancy consistently above 95%, this expansion reflects the strong demand for high-quality flexible workspace in the heart of the City.

The newly refurbished space will open in April 2026 - we look forward to welcoming new and existing clients to 20 Old Bailey 🙌🏻
