Hear me out... on the day this was baked and covered in sweet espresso buttercream, it was delicious, but the day after it had gone a bit dry, which is crazy because it contains oil, like my choco cake recipe, which is delicious, if I do say so myself. Anyway it needs work, but that's one of the aspects of this business that's fun. Trial and error.
