Alongside the refreshed site, we're giving the first public glimpse of Trident Command.

This isn't another HRIS. Trident Command development continues. 🚀

This week, testing is underway on the Risk Analysis and Compliance capabilities — one of the most significant features of the platform.

When employment law changes or new workplace compliance requirements come into effect, Trident Command automatically flags out-of-date policies and documents, notifies clients directly, and logs everything to the Risk Analysis dashboard. Nothing falls through the cracks.

From there, clients can update documents directly from our template library, or use the intelligence layer to adapt them to their specific business using live data. The result is documentation that reflects actual circumstances — not generic templates dropped into a folder.

Underpinning all of this is a deliberate infrastructure decision. To deliver meaningful analysis, interpretation and resolution capabilities, client data needed to be held within a dedicated, secure environment — hosted and managed by Trident HR, designed as a unified platform. The result is faster, smarter intelligence with no artificial ceiling, and a data environment built around security and precision.

The Trident Command document library contains over 200 HR documents — available for immediate download or adapted to a specific employee, HR case or situation using live data.

End of another busy week.

Trident Command is now fully built — we’re deep into the testing phase.

This week focused on integrating the Trident HR Newsdesk directly into the platform.

That means our employment law updates and compliance insights now feed straight into client portals.

More importantly, we’ve built an intelligence layer that:

🔍identifies new compliance requirements
📌maps them to policies and systems
🚩flags new compliance gaps automatically

These then appear on the compliance dashboard as new areas of risk.
